Director

Yaser Talebi is an Iranian film director, producer, screenwriter, and editor. His documentaries are characterized by the observational method, which seeks to avoid judgment and allow everyday reality to unfold. He has created several documentaries for television, including a series of travel documentaries that explore history, civilization, rituals, traditions, ancient sites, and food. His previous work, "Beloved," received several awards, including the Best Audience Film at Hot Docs 2019 and was among the Top 10 Best Audience Award winners at IDFA 2018.
